PURCHASE PROCEDURE
The contract is considered concluded when Tonin casa Roma receives the correctly completed order form and payment has been credited (in the case of purchase by credit card or bank transfer). For those who wish, it is possible to request the opportunity to finance the entire amount or part of it in 10/20 installments by sending a request to our email roma@tonincasa.it or to our WhatsApp number 3318431902; in this case, you will be assisted with the financing procedure.
In the rare circumstance that the product is unavailable at the time the order form is sent, Tonin Casa Roma will notify the buyer and provide a voucher valid for 6 months.
With the electronic submission of the order form, the buyer undertakes to comply with all the General Terms and Conditions of Sale present on this page.
The online sales contract between the Customer and the Supplier is considered concluded in Italy and governed by Italian Law.
Shipping fees and VAT are valid only for Italy.
ORDER CHANGES
Any changes to submitted orders are guaranteed up until the purchased items go into production; production begins immediately after payment or deposit.
